Our Shanti Pregnant Women’s Yoga class is designed to help expectant mothers maintain optimal physical and mental health during pregnancy. Our classes are led by instructors certified in prenatal yoga and focus on safe poses adapted to the needs of pregnant women, as well as breathing and meditation techniques to help relieve stress and tension.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, such as leggings or shorts and a breathable top. We also suggest bringing a towel and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

We have yoga mats available for rent, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We also recommend bringing a small towel to place on your mat to prevent slipping.
