We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, such as leggings or shorts and a breathable top. We also suggest bringing a towel and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
We have yoga mats available for rent, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We also recommend bringing a small towel to place on your mat to prevent slipping.
Our instructors are trained to offer modifications and adjustments for different levels and abilities, including those with injuries or limitations. Please let us know before the class if you have any concerns or specific needs.
It depends on your personal goals and schedule, but we recommend attending classes at least 2-3 times a week to see the benefits of a consistent practice. However, even one class per week can have a positive impact on your physical and mental well-being.
